My objective and field of expertise is to guide individuals toward a deeper understanding of how they function, enabling them to act more effectively with themselves and others, particularly within the framework of romantic relationships.
I hold a Master’s degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias, with a professional path progressively deepened through specialized training in Clinical and Health Psychology.
Furthermore, I am a certified practitioner in Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy and a registered member of the Portuguese Psychologists Association.
My current pursuit of a PhD in Practical Philosophy at the University of Évora deeply reinforces my technical rigor, critical thinking, and structured reflection on human relationships.
For several years, I have supported individuals in their quest to better understand themselves, integrating diverse fields of knowledge across Psychology, Education, and community intervention to promote human development.
My clinical work is firmly grounded in empathy, active listening, and a deep respect for each individual’s uniqueness, creating a safe and collaborative space oriented toward meaningful change.
Today, leveraging my extensive background in Organizational Psychology—including recruitment, leadership support, and conflict management—I focus heavily on assisting individuals in high-responsibility contexts. These profiles often navigate complex choices in their personal and professional lives, where mental health and communication are paramount.
My role consists of helping them identify and modify the unconscious automatic behaviors (the “patterns”) that can hinder their relationships and well-being. Throughout life, everyone develops automatic mechanisms that can sometimes work against us, altering our ability to build healthy and stable connections. It is therefore essential to detect and adjust them.
My coaching relies on a deeply integrated, pedagogical, and pragmatic framework.
To achieve sustainable progress, it is vital to understand the internal mechanisms influencing our choices. Furthermore, practicing simple, targeted, and repeated exercises is crucial to anchoring positive new habits, an approach fully validated by modern psychological and relational research.
Within a romantic relationship, there is first the matchmaking phase, where individuals seek mutual physical and intellectual attraction. However, mutual attraction alone is not enough to sustain a long-term bond. This is why I offer support that goes far beyond the initial introduction, focusing instead on the “post-match” consolidation phase—a critical, yet often overlooked step in ensuring a couple’s longevity.
In order to safeguard the durability and depth of a relationship that works and wishes to evolve harmoniously together.
To achieve this objective, I draw upon effective psychological tools, behavioral insights, and tailored exercises designed to develop emotional literacy, interpersonal communication, and core relational competencies.
