Our members are senior executives, entrepreneurs, professionals, expatriates and notable figures based in Dublin or travelling regularly to Ireland. They share a common standard: to build a relationship of genuine quality, without compromising on shared values or discretion.

How does the first meeting with the agency work?
Everything begins with an in-depth conversation with Valérie Bruat, the agency’s director. This confidential, no-obligation exchange allows us to assess your profile, your expectations and your compatibility with our circle of members. This is an access process, not an online registration.
How many profiles will I be introduced to?
Our programmes vary depending on the level of access chosen. Every profile presented is selected by hand, based on precise compatibility criteria defined during your initial interview. Quality always takes precedence over quantity.
Is the agency confidential?
Confidentiality is a founding principle of ELC International. Your data, your membership and the profiles presented to you are never disclosed. Our members operate within a closed circle, invisible to the general public.
Does the agency accept everyone?
No. Access to ELC International is selective. Every application is individually reviewed. We seek profiles who are emotionally available, mature and genuinely committed to their journey. This selectivity is what guarantees the quality of our introductions.
Do you offer coaching services?
Yes. Our Essence programme is dedicated to individual support: emotional positioning, self-confidence and preparation for first encounters. It can precede or complement full agency membership.
Where do introductions take place in Dublin?
