Before committing to an authentic relationship, some executives or professionals who are deeply invested in their work feel the need to take stock of their overall life. Not just to “meet someone,” but to restore a life-balance that makes this meeting possible and lasting.

This individual coaching is aimed at men in professional leadership positions (executives, entrepreneurs, senior managers, liberal professions) who want to regain control of their life so as to envisage a quality emotional relationship with confidence. It involves work on clarification, recentring and inner liberation, which complements the support of a love coach.

A clear and complementary positioning

This service does not infringe upon matchmaking or emotional coaching work, but comes beforehand, to support the client in:

  • Taking stock of the place their professional life has in their personal balance.
  • Distinguishing between what stems from the need for performance, the deep meaning of one’s life, without denying what nourishes one’s self-esteem.
  • Reconciling the head (strategic thinking, success), the heart (affective desires, need for shared love) and the body (feelings, fatigue, vitality).
  • Creating inner space and time so that a quality relationship becomes conceivable.

Because one cannot love serenely when:

  • one works 70 hours a week,
  • one thinks about one’s files during dinner,
  • one remains in permanent control,
  • one has difficulty listening to oneself or stopping.

This journey allows the client to rediscover his personal compass, to clear his mind, and to lay the foundations of a life aligned in which love has its full place.

The Rebalancing Journey:

Step 1 – Life Review & Clarification

Life inventory, deepest desires, fatigue, work rhythms, place of intimacy, relationship to success, balance of life spheres.

Step 2 – Tailored Coaching

Work on alignment and repositioning. Identification of blockages related to over-commitment in professional life. Reconnection with oneself and one’s desires.

Step 3 – Internal Preparation for the Meeting

Embody a new posture: more available, more attentive to oneself and the other. Learn to slow down, to welcome, feel confident in the face of what may happen.

  • A deep-tech startup founder, in a phase of growth following a round of funding, felt exhausted and emotionally distant. We worked on restoring a more peaceful relationship to his leadership role, so that he could reinvest in his personal life with more availability.
  • A CEO of an SME, preparing a family business transfer, in full reflection on his personal future, had difficulty considering a life project after/outside the company.
